Pros
The Pros of this job is that there are a lot of events and activities that happen year round. They pay minimum wage hourly with tips as extra which is amazing in comparison to other serving jobs. It is also nice working at hayfield’s because it is a very controlled space so serving sections are split well evenly and manageable.
Cons
Management has changed many times over the years I worked there and that majorly impacts how the experience of working there is.

Pros
Some of the staff was cool to work with. Most front of house management was cool.
Cons
So many cons. So many. I started looking for a new job less than a month after my start date. No holiday pay, even though you're required to be there for certain ones. Healthcare was obnoxiously expensive. So.... Basically no benefits. B.o.h staff is almost nonexistent, so workload is vast. Preferential treatment is blatantly shown to certain employees whom have attitude issues. I wouldn't suggest any position here to anyone.
