      Pros

      Good people, easy wfh job to build around your schedule

      Cons

      Hours of work varies quite wildly through the year. There is only a certain amount of flexibility. Some kids can be annoying.

      Pros

      Great in-between job. You get to work with students. Set your own availability. Marketing shifts are interesting and provides a chance to take on responsibilities.

      Cons

      There is very little accountability. Some coaches just show up and don't engage with students. There is no continuity as the programs run for a short period of time, and getting hours is very sporadic. Getting in touch with someone at Head Office, is difficult.
