Pros
Individuals remain positive and accommodating even when the work gets tough—a lot of teamwork is reflected among the different departments as long as clear communication is present. Quick to think of solutions when problems with certain JOs arise. Though a very, very fast-paced industry, there is a clear distinction between what work and personal matters are. This encourages a lot of tight relationships between peers. People are friendly!!
Cons
Quite a number of productivity tools to hop on one after the other. Not really a con, but will be cultural differences you'll have to take note of considering that most accounts are from Singapore
