Pros

Hours are fair, There is a lot of room for growth, We moved while I was employed there and they extended an offer for me to transfer to a location in the town we moved to - was above and beyond. Coworkers are upbeat & friendly, Benefits package is great, Vacation paid, Pay competitive

Cons

Hours vary from day to day which can be hard if you have a family. There are some meetings, retreats, and things that are in addition to your hours. They are nice, and necessary, but these can make it difficult if you have a family as well.

Pros

Most employees are great. The jewelry is nice.

Cons

The management was terrible. Not willing to help. Not willing to teach. She literally sat at her desk and did “important” work while we did the selling and she took half the sale because she “talked to that person once six months ago”

Pros

I wish I never worked here.

Cons

I worked at Harry Richie’s for a year through all the turnover, and being treated awfully by not one but two managers while my time there. Closing alone, gossip and drama or very frequent. I stayed because I loved the people and loved the jewelry business, I might have even wanted to be a manger of my own store and was hoping the AWFUL management would push me through so I could be the manager I never had. I wish I would have listened to my friends and family who were telling me to leave months prior, but when I finally got the guts to turn in my two weeks the manager at the time told me not to come back and flipped me off at I left. I found an amazing new job that I love so much, and found out that my ex manager from Harry Ritchie‘s head come in asking personal questions about me. No love for the business is worth the miss-treatment I had to endure from this job. They have crossed every line of unprofessionalism and I don’t see them moving forward as a company with all these mistakes. It’s not worth it, please don’t work here.
