      Pros

      Friendly work environment. Management cares about all employee. This was my first job out of college. I learnt so much from this job and was allowed to design some of the wedding favors as well, which was a lot of fun!

      Pros

      They make beautiful wedding favors that are unique and high quality. The pay grade is only suitable for new grads looking for experience. The owners are very nice and savvy.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. No benefits, insurance or overtime. You get a small flat fee and bonuses for selling more product.

      Great culture, strong core values, great place to learn a lot and grow quickly, full gym, awesome employees.

      Cons

      Very low pay, usually works extra hours, micro-management from owner, no real growth opportunities, lack of a short or long-term growth strategy.
