HR is a joke. No idea what the laws of labour standards are. HR has there own agenda and does not practice the code of conduct as per the contract that you are to sign. They are above all. Pay is well below standards, no RRSP program, no employee incentives or any kind of bonus structure. Expectations of working through all breaks and working late with no extra pay. This is the worst company I have ever worked for in my 20+ years of working.
