      Great Team, Bad Superiors

      Pros

      Great work atmosphere among the team. All are very open, inclusive and ready to help.

      Cons

      Superiors delegate everything away from themselves and don't know the software their team works with. Agreements on compensation are not upheld and speaking out will get you threatened with loosing your job by you department manager.

      Good money, good people, very good location, a lot of additional benefits, easy job as a developer, good contract, all very helpfull

      Cons

      Politic is played, even when the colleagues is new, chaos company, no clear processes, no onboarding, anything must be done by self requesting.
