I’ve had a very positive experience working at the Hanania Automotive Group. The leadership team is supportive and approachable, and the workplace culture is collaborative, respectful, and motivating. Communication is clear, expectations are realistic, and employees are recognized for their contributions. There are strong opportunities for professional growth and skill development, which makes the work both engaging and rewarding.

Cons

The environment is fast-paced, which may be challenging for some, and as the company continues to grow, certain processes are still evolving. However, these are natural growing pains and do not take away from the overall positive experience.

It all started off okay. Grateful for all I learned during my time with this company which was quite long.

Cons

Executive leadership is very out of touch. Their solution to problems is often just replacing employees disregarding that they dictate all the inefective policies and procedures without any discussion or input from employees and managers in the store.
