Where do I begin? The management team is as dysfunctional as they come, constantly fighting and back-talking. It is clear that they grew the business well beyond their ability to manage it. They are outright nasty towards each other and to employees, and I heard many sexist, racist and other untoward comments about co-workers who were not present. It continues through their business processes which are at least 20 years out of date. The sales team is a joke, there is no marketing, HR is laughable–production seems to be the only capable people there. Despite this, they dream of big things and are constantly chasing things that are well outside of their abilities, which leads to angry customers and a bad reputation in the industry. Management openly lies to customers and makes false promises, it's like walking into Mad Men. If you care about the advances that have been made in HR, technology, human relations or any other aspect of the modern business world, stay away from this backwater company.
