Pros

Family feel. Someone's always available and willing to help with any questions. They add on responsibilities as you're ready for them and push for personal growth. 40 hr. workweek with flexible scheduling.

Cons

Limited advancement opportunity within same location. Less pay than automotive suppliers but good for the size of the company. The software is pretty old school and SQL based in addition to the standard microsoft office space

Pros

The people i worked with were good

Cons

So much wrong with the place. Management were awful, bullies and aggressive. Everything needed to be done immediately, never enough time given and a ridiculous amount of pressure. Your job safety was on a whim, if the manager liked you that week all ok, if he took a dislike you were likely gone as quickly as legally possible. Expected to work way past your hours of work, evenings and weekends, never compensated for it, just expected and black mark if you weren't doing it. To many changes and not all for the better but never enough time to let anything settle

Great people for the most part.

Pros

The people were great for the most part. The atmosphere was laid-back for a while, but was changing before I quit.

Cons

-Plenty of favoritism between certain workers and managers. -Only the company brown-nosers get advancement opportunities. -Pay is unequal, and kept very hush hush. -Certain managers get bent out of shape if you ask for any assistance. -People that the managers don't like will get fired for some of the most ridiculous and irrational reasons, even if it takes them months/years to do so. -Union is a joke, and will not represent you -Health benefits are not good -Too much mandatory overtime -No regard to quality policies and procedures. Managers will tell you to run parts even if they are bad.
