None, other than they operate in an interesting sector, being the drinks industry

Poor management - always ready to quote your contract when it suits them but happy to break their side. Inflexible and commandeering. Multiple redundancies meaning increased workload for everyone else No pay rise for 2 years. No perks and minimum benefits. Until what they called an office was closed it was an unsafe and unheated room previously used as a storage space. Unable to pay suppliers on time. Have been paying employee pension deductions to provider late. I could go on but I am managing to bore myself with this...
