Management Constantly Belittles and Micromanages

Great co-workers and seasonally fast paced environment.

Cons

Management of the Dayton Habegger’s constantly belittles employees to their faces and behind their back. They constantly micromanage you and listen in to all of you conversations if you are within earshot. With this the team, even though they are all great individuals, is quite divided and there is plenty of drama. Would not recommend unless you are a fan of toxic work environment.

Training is pushed rushed and lacks understanding of new hires coming in are not familiar with systems in place . Wants new hire up to speed of 20 yr employee by 3rd day in antiquated systems and technology .
