Pros
The atmosphere is friendly and most people work hard. There is a lot of passion and excitement, which is certainly contagious. It's a fun place to work, and because it's small there are a lot of opportunities for exposure to other parts of the business. Executives are very accessible and friendly.
Cons
Pay does not keep pace with knowledge, skills, and effort outside of middle to upper management. Health benefits are good. Vacation could be more generous.
