Your boss is your enemy. They will wear a big smile on their face and will talk rubbish at your back. Lot of politics. There are people at top levels who don't deserve to be there. Biased, favouritism plays a dominant role here. Salary they give donot have any slabs. It's like peonuts. The salary of a guard is almost the same like a student advisor. They have separate rules for separate people. Zero professionalism. It's a coaching center who charges in lakhs from students and pay only 18 thousand to the teachers. It's a Baniya ka dukan
