      Cool and modern office with tech you need.

      Cons

      NO BASE SALARY. COMMISSION ONLY. Very hard to get started as a 21 year old female in the UAE, with very little management support or training I was left to just get on with it and ended up leaving within a few months. Sold the dream.

      Pros

      The atmosphere is great and the training was more than sufficient. I’m loving the job itself and each day is different. I know which areas my strengths lie and what I need to work on and this comes with the constant guidance and help from the directors. The team and the ambiance is faultless, hands down the best working environment I have encountered.

      Cons

      One thing just form my teaching background I would have more breaks to help digest the information with my initial training.
