Pros
The paycheck was ok, the work/life balance was great.
Cons
Merit, skills, ethics, etc.....don't mean much. It's possible that you'll do all the work while co-workers do nothing. Forced to take company insurance, which is dramatically overpriced, regardless if you already have coverage, and it lowers your paycheck.

advancement within company always offering programs to further advancement within the company. flexible hours, bonuses great location and people
Cons
contractual they renew every five years. contract was not renewed. lay off was done due to the economy but overall company worked with all employees and encouraged growth and advancement
