- interesting technical opportunities - good autonomy from management - decent pay and benefits if part of an acquisition - treats people with long-term customer contracts well

Cons

- poor benefits and pay if hired directly rather than as part of acquisition - uncertainty and poor communication at end of contract - little to no support for growth through training / etc
