      Top Notch Organization - Friendly and Professional

      Pros

      Professional organization with a solid sense of direction. Helpful and friendly staff/ co workers. Challenges staff, provides employees the tools to better themselves. Leadership team, always available when needed.

      Cons

      Limited resources in certain departments as the company expands and customer base grows - can be difficult to deal with new clients/ sales cycles. Development and enhancements not as quick as preferred.

      Pros

      Everyone was very helpful when I came on. I find that the management is very open and easy to communicate with. They are open to employee suggestions. Even with the pandemic going on, the company has found interesting ways to keep the team building activities up. They are a very forward looking company

      Cons

      The benefit package they offer to Canadians is not the best. It's a program that you have to pay into and it doesn't really compete with other benefit companies. There isn't a RRSP matching program,
