Pros
Dynamic teams with high pedigree. They have learnt the hard ways to find their goal but very focused now. The employee's have an opportunity to focus on their personal goals aligned with the organisation and approach the management for any support they need. Learning and personal development is part of the product development.
Cons
Similar to what every other fast growing startups would have. Structured and unstructured simultaneously.

I have not found any substantive cons in the organization. Though few people crib about delay in payouts and the sole reason they don't have any dedicated finance professional.
