      I worked with the organization as a Junior Software Developer and had a valuable learning experience during my tenure. I got the opportunity to work on real-time projects and enhance my technical skills. The team members were cooperative and supportive, and I appreciate the exposure and professional growth I gained. Overall, it was a good experience

      One suggestion would be to enhance project documentation, as detailed workflow documents would help new team members gain knowledge more efficiently.

      Great Workplace with Excellent Learning Opportunities

      Pros

      The work environment is friendly and supportive. Seniors are always ready to help and guide whenever needed. As an intern, I got the opportunity to work on live projects which helped me improve my practical knowledge and confidence. Team members are cooperative and learning experience is very good.

      Cons

      Currently I have not faced any major issues. Work is well managed and seniors provide proper support, so workload does not feel stressful.
