Pros
Decent salary and staff benefits. Office is at a good location and easily accessible. Near eating places though crowded at lunchtime
Cons
Manipulative management that does not value its staff. Lots of unnecessary processes and backward in its systems. Cost cutting is always priority and at the expense of staff. The mgt has no qualms of terminating staff and there is word that some would be asked to leave (again). Extreme office politics where there is no trust but loads of suspicion. When a mistake is made, instead of addressing the issues and moving on, what’s key is to fingerpoint and find a scapegoat. Lack of focus and the direction keeps changing based on personal emotions and needs. In a nutshell, it looks pretty on the outside but has an ugly heart.
