Pros

I love not being micromanaged and I have made great money cause I DO THE WORK!! What a concept!! If you are a hard worker you will make huge $$$$$$$$. You earn what you make it. Lazy people don't like it here.

Cons

The travel is sometimes alot, but that is just part of it. I have never once been denied any time off for medical, dental, vacation or even just personal time if I asked in 2 & 1/2 years time with the company.

Pros

-Freedom to sell ads to any company -Not one day is the same -Good support from ladies in the home office

Cons

-The product (ads in church directories) is a thing of the past, no one want to buy print media unless it reaches the whole market, not just one little sector of 500 or so families -Draw against commission -Work from church basement or office (half the time the church you are working doesn't have a place for you to work, so you have to work from home or hotel room) -Poor management (no training!!!) "My training consisted of my manager helping me make cold calls to area businesses." -Please DO NOT waste your time in interviewing or trying out this job! You will thank me! It's a JOKE!!!

Pros

You have the freedom to call on any businesses you want to since you are in charge of the project and often the churches are very helpful in directing you to businesses that might want to advertise in the church directory.

Cons

You never know if your 2-3 week project you are assigned to is going to be a healthy one, where the church has a lot of members and where they support the directory by advertising in it or if it's going to be a small church where businesses don't see the valuein advertising to such a small audience.
