      Pros

      I Just want to say that i love working at guest vision, I have never been happier, now that the negative employees have been cut , I feel as though the company is running smoother than ever and operations are great. Few who have felt the need to bash their former employers/ CEO's online are extremely petty and childish. I as a female of colour have never been treated with any disrespect or profanity. Guest vision is a great company with much growth room than eventually will be filled.

      Free snacks (if you like junk food) Lunches (if you like junk food) Decent technology

      Cons

      CEO is charismatic but lacks integrity or direction CEO puts great emphasis on appearance but does not behave professionally CEO hires great people but doesn't let them do their job Actually hear CEO say that our personal time was his time. Twice. Pay was not commensurate with my pain.

      Pros

      Relaxed working environment, people are very nice, ability to work from home or remotely, free snacks, free lunch on Wednesdays, easy interview

      Cons

      Very few people stay here for more than a few months, it is very apparent that the company has no real direction, the turnover is ridiculously high, pay is low, people are constantly nervous about losing their jobs for no apparent reason, no interest in improving the product or modernizing
