      Pros

      They started well but eventually not.

      Cons

      They are not transparent with their account, especially seasonal accounts. They inform us about our last day 3 days before the actual last day and that there will be no other available accounts available for us. We have a wavemate, been told that there is an account for him but eventually they just kept him hanging and floating as well. We can still see they keep posting looking for CSRs but didn't mind those that they put on floating or even ended their contract. DON'T APPLY HERE IF YOU WANT A SECURITY OF TENURE. This company doesn't have that and won't care about its agents. There is no transparency on this company.

      I don't know, Doesn't proceed because of the lazy employer.

      Cons

      After waiting for an hour during the third stage of the interview, the employer informed me that she needed to reschedule due to technical difficulties with Zoom. Despite my attempts to reach out to her for an update, she has not responded to any of my messages for the past two days. I find this lack of consideration and professionalism towards a candidate quite disappointing. I strongly believe that it is important to treat candidates with respect and provide them with updates on the status of their application.

      - Above-average salary rate - Quick hiring process - Google Classroom for self-learning or upskilling - Attendance bonus - Health insurance - Client bonuses ($$$) - Very responsive HR if deployed to a client; if not, support may be limited

      Cons

      - Once a client gives you a low rating, you will immediately be flagged as not placeable, without hearing your side. - Despite being available for deployment, they will seek out new candidates instead of considering previous GAs who were offboarded.
