It has been a few months since I first joined Growmodo. So far, it has been a good experience, with clear management and communication, and work gets done without much hassle.

Cons

There have been many managerial changes within a short period of time, along with new rules and contexts, which can sometimes be quite confusing. It would be great if designers were provided with the appropriate tools to support a more AI-enhanced workflow. Since the company emphasizes the use of AI, it would be beneficial to equip designers with the proper tools to fully leverage it.
