Great appearance, terrible fundamentals

Great office locations Wonderful coworkers Happy Hours, Stocked kitchen, snacks Daily lunches

Cons

Terrible management, no direction, employees don't know what is going on from one moment to the next. The CEO is more of a salesman than a leader. If you are a good worker expect to stay in the office till 8 PM or later PM every day. Google, Facebook, Instagram, and SnapChat are taking over the space leaving little room for other smaller programmatic Ad Tech companies. Leading to contraction and consolidation in the space. CEO believes location and weather will lead the company to the promise land but they need to work on getting products that actually work, hire salespeople to sale the product and stop spending money wastefully.
