Pros
Professional and welcoming hiring process. My HR representative, Mr. Noufou Tinta, was incredibly supportive, responsive, and professional throughout the entire recruitment and onboarding process. He kept me informed at every stage, answered all my questions promptly, and made the transition feel smooth and welcoming. I'm excited to join the team based on the excellent first impression.
Cons
I haven't started my role yet, so I can't speak to the day-to-day experience. Based on my hiring and onboarding process so far, though, I'm confident it will be a great place to work.
