Pros

From the vision Perla Ni the CEO presented during our fist conversation I was hooked. The ability to work on such a large project that benefits so many Nonprofits. The ability to Pivot many times during the early years with the generous backing of our Founding partners was exciting and we felt like we were allowing the constituent voice to be heard one review at a time.

Cons

Nonprofits are scare on dollars and resources so everyone has multiple roles to get things done. While the experiences from doing a lot of different things is great it can be draining. In the end it was very rewarding.

Pros

Working in the nonprofit sector is really rewarding and GNP is no exception. The atmosphere is engaging, the work is always interesting and at the end of the day your impact is quantifiable. Personally what I enjoy the most is the dynamism and the overall tentative direction which aims at the end of the day to make the world a better place.

Cons

My experience has been positive
