      Okay y'all here's the real about this company , it's a really great company ! I have never once received my Payments late . I've been working with hem for about 5 months now . Get paid weekly , money comes on time , set your own hours , and LOTS of money to be made if you really are dedicated !

      Cons

      This is also the real , the quotas are ridiculous ! You basically have to turn EVERY call into a order . They expect you to have a 65% conversion rate . The " PA" that's suppose to help you ? Yeah right , they all put their signs to " unavailable " or " busy " for their whole shift and you just have to hope someone answers you.

Please keep in mind, there are service requirements for the sales contract that have been established based on the success of our IBOs and program. If you are finding difficulties in meeting any of your service requirements, we encourage your business to reach out to your assigned Performance Advisor for one-on-one weekly enhancement sessions to help you achieve and exceed your expectations! In addition to your assigned PA, we have a network of PA's available for assistance at all times. Currently, if a PA is not available due to an enhancement or meeting, their "chat" will go on "unavailable" status. The great news is we have a new GVW Chat Tool coming soon that will dedicate a PA to your program via chat your entire interval should you need immediate assistance on a call or with a customer account. As always, should your business need any further assistance or a one-on-one enhancement session, please reach out to your assigned PA and they will be happy to assist your business further. We appreciate your company's feedback and look forward to a lasting partnership!

      Beware!!!

      Flexible schedule that you pick according to what level of sales you've achieved.

      Cons

      Numerous emails bordering on if no being harassment to SELL MORE! SELL MORE! SELL MORE!!!! Also, you must have a hard shell because you WILL hear about EVERY SINGLE OPPORTUNITY that your performance advisor feels that they feel that you missed, even if there was a very good reason for not selling the product to someone (like if they're on Social Security). The metrics are truly unreachable for most people, the turnover is HUGE, and you're required to be on a call with your performance advisor every single week so that they can remind you of the "mistakes" you made. Just be prepared is all I'm saying.

      Misleading Scam

      I paid $25 for a background check and had an IT guy take over my computer and download a bunch of files just to find out that I need to have a LLC or INC business in my name to work for this company!?! This was very misleading and no type of verbiage about this is mentioned on their website. Why someone would need to create a business, pay around $100 for a LLC or INC status locally just to work for a $10 an hour job is baffling. I asked for my $25 back because of this shady practice but I never heard from anyone again.
