Not much actually, very basic company

Do not join the Brand Marketing team. Entire executive position is filled with people who are narcissistic, arrogant and egoistic. They think highly of themselves for the kind of work they do. The external teams are good and their managers are pretty decent as well. Brand management team you will be micromanaged, will be shouted at and you will be asked not to be happy around senior management. They will pretend as if the company would crumble without them (lot of drama). This only concerns Brand Marketing team. You will understand how dumb they are once you start working with them, so it's better you save yourself a trip of feeling dumb yourself alonside them.
