Pros
They know how to be open. This first of all goes with client assistance. They are always friendly and nice. Also, all the papers are really unique and customizable, meaning that you can order exactly what you want at the stage of order, without any extra talks on the phone. I also like the possibility of personal growth. They do give you the chance to exceed your own limits on working place. Like it.
Cons
Uneven distribution of tasks due to the specific periods of students’ activity. Overtimes are paid though.
