      I cannot think of any pros for working at this company.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment, horrible work culture, Boys Club, lack of diversity in management, little career advancement opportunities or opportunities to change positions, disingenuous, constant micromanagement, and ever changing policies.

      Pros

      You can make a lot of money if you take on a lot of properties.

      Cons

      High stress, absent and/or burned out leadership. Everything us always an emergency and the pressure is put on from all sides. Leadership doesn't have your back and let's the homeowners act however they want. Since pay is commission there is always stress about losing a property and your pay can shift every month. A bad review affects the manager's score even if they specifically say the manager is great but other departments have messed up.
