- Some colleagues are nice and patient. - Great place for your mental health to deteriorate - Good for you only if you get on the good side of the employer. If not, be ready for a flood of false accusations and gossips about you.
Cons
- I agree to most of the negative reviews to a large extent. Hence, I will not elaborate much here. - Everyone gossips about each other behind their backs. Do not think that you are doing well just because you have a few chats here and there with the employer. Avoid gossiping or telling the employer too much about other colleagues or your personal life, because you have to be warned that your most sensitive and personal information, that you reveal to the person whom you deemed 'trustworthy', will be easily exposed by the employee to another. - Do not believe the things they promise you naively, because they can, and will easily manipulate their words. - At the end of the day, bad reviews are left for a reason. To the person looking for a job here, I am glad that you have found this page because you will definitely make a more informed decision than me. To the people who also resigned and also had unhappy experiences working, I hope you the best in your future endeavours. Nonetheless, if you had a positive work experience here, I am glad that you did because everyone is different,

All pros could be found in any retail company as is required from MOM

1. Long Hour. I mean very long hours. 5 to 6 full shifts (12hours) a week. 2. High staffs turnover. Majority of the employee come and goes very fast (2 to 6 months). This tells that the new employee only found the problem of the company after joining. 3. Local family business- Traditional. 4. If you are looking for a stable company, definitely not this company. As there are no AWS provided and yearly performance bonus and increment are optional, the employer will not give you as he wishes even though you had work hard for a year. After all, there are still people suitable for this company: 1) Foreigner worker who just came to Singapore and desperate need for a job to pay bills. 2) Local staffs who had with the company for a long time as they will not able to find other multinational company with the same title and salary package due to inexperienced with multi national company.

6ySad to have found this employee (from a remote village in Malaysia, who was working for the first time in Singapore) who had been working in the Company for 7 months with a monthly income of SGD3600 give such a comment on the Company, especially having been terminated for breaching Company’s rules and regulations.
During this critical Covid-19 period, this employee have been found travelling to Malaysia without Company’s knowledge nor permission for touring with his girlfriend for leisure. Having been instructed to homestay by the Company, he still went out and about in town, showing irresponsibility and disregard for others’ health and safety.
