New management brought in people who weren't qualified for their positions and let go a number of good people. A mass layoff done in an offensive way really hurt the company.

Multiple levels of medical insurance coverage depending on position, also multiple divisions of the company which designated how people were paid. People were hired full time and then laid off, only to be brought back as contractors instead at a lower rate. Creative environment suffered due to a cube farm atmosphere and cameras tracking when people came and left.
