      Pros

      There really are not many, but some of the people I was able to work with were amazing. I was lucky to have a great manager who kept our team informed and insulated at every step. PRO: remote company

      Cons

      There is a ton of gaslighting at this company as well as lack of leadership ability. They bring in the smartest minds, steal their ideas and know how and then have layoffs every other year. There is also extreme bro culture and nepotism in leadership. First you are the new toy then the smoke dissipates and you can see the mirrors pretty fast.
