      There are some kind people

      The CEO is very narcissistic and you have to walk on egg shells. He is controlling. Pay was bad, benefits as well (cheap). At the time, no work flexibility.

      The employees are hardworking, friendly and respectfully collaborative.

      Cons

      The business owner is totally unprofessional. Not only is controlling, but lacks of trust to qualified employees and feels the need to micromanage them without ever recognizing the value of their contribution. The best advise is to begin by evaluating the competences of the staff you hire vs. your own and develop some self value to try to understand how to value other peoples' contribution.
