Easy to voice your opinion and to be heard by everyone. Everyone was always listened too with regular company meetings and team sessions. Diverse enviroment, with multiple cultures. A company with great 21st century values.

There might be advantages at first. In theory. You will never see them. Thomas Martensson will promise you the moon and the stars but in fact, you might not even see your salary paid. Stay away from this man. Google him. Read the articles about him. Read what they say about his former projects — Next House and Go Find It Technologies. Talk to any person who has ever worked with him.

Thomas Martensson is the biggest problem in any business he starts. He lies as he breathes. He lies to investors, employees and clients. Thomas Martensson prefers to spend money on trips rather than paying his employees. If he doesn't fire you, chances are you will quit. Thomas Martensson went out of his way to get the negative comments about Go Find It Technologies deleted on Glassdoor. This is a fact that every single person who has worked at Go Find It Technologies knows. Every single of those comments was true.
