This entire company is a joke. This was my first claims job. I worked my butt off for three months at $12 an hour before getting a regular salary of $37000 only for them to fire me four months after hitting regular salary. The management is absolutely atrocious. If they don't like you they will actively sabotage you by micromanaging your work to the point of it being impossible to do the job. This forces you to get behind in your work and then they fire you for being behind. I worked there for 6-9 months and in that time saw 8-10 people in the tiny liability department either leave or get fired. They don't replace people when they fire someone and then everyone is overloaded with work. Then management yells at everyone for being behind. Then they let go more people. It's a vicious cycle and nothing more than a revolving door. If you like your health and sanity and aren't a masochist stay as far away from this company as you possibly can.

There is absolutely no room for growth or opportunity to advance. There is no set time frame for pay raises. I received 3 within one month and then not for 3 years. The managers expect a lot in terms of dropping everything and working an office across town on a dime's notice. Customers are also a huge problem. It's low cost, high risk insurance and you definitely see that with the customers. No one expects they should have to wait their turn and curse you out daily. It's stressful and there's no appreciation shown for what you go through on a daily basis. Employer does not match 401K contributions which isn't a huge deal but still....
