Relaxed. Good Culture. Good Commission plan.

I came back to GlobalSource about a year ago after a 5 year stint with another company. I can honestly say that there have been so many positive changes over the past 5 years and I had returned knowing that so many of my former colleagues and coworkers were still here. There is very low turnover - you can make a great living, the culture is fantastic, they invest in their people/technology and are always willing to listen to ideas that will improve market position or create a better environment for their employees. From a sales perspective, the pay/commission structure is aggressive and the sales cycle isn't long.
