Pros
I did not find any pros to working there based on my experience. The workplace culture, leadership, and day-to-day support were all disappointing, and my concerns were not addressed in a meaningful way. Some of the positive reviews I saw did not match my experience, so I would encourage applicants to read them carefully and ask detailed questions during the interview process.
Cons
There was no real work-life balance, and the expectations made it difficult to maintain any kind of healthy schedule. The salary was low compared to the workload and responsibilities. Executive management seemed disconnected from employees and focused almost entirely on the bottom line rather than the well-being of the team.
