Due to the constant challenges from the lazy established staff you have the opportunity to learn new things
Cons
The long term employees here do everything they can to keep their job as opposed to trying to do business right. If you have some talent and show it by making progressive change you are kept down by managers who don't want to lose their spot. Incompetent people seem to last a long time here so if you suck at your job this is a good place for you.
