      Pros

      This company has to be one of the most team-workin-est orgs I have ever been a part of and I have been a part of some AMAZING teams in my career. GETIDA sets a tone of warmth, humanity and kindness during the interview and onboarding processes and they truly do care about their employees. I have felt: -Heard -Supported -Well Educated -Included I love it here and I'm growing the way that I should!

      Cons

      As with every great thing, there is a light burden. There is a steep learning curve so one can be overwhelmed in the beginning, BUT expectations are reachable and you will be supported.

      Fantastic company to work for! They truly value their employees and are constantly striving to improve and be the best that they can be. New ideas are always welcome and they truly want to know your thoughts and ideas. Overall they are a phenomenal start up company with tons of promise.
