      Able to choose your own hours, bring your knowledge and be ready to share.

      Cons

      To many extremely young managers who do not understand the needs and expectations of the 55+ group, which is not good since they want to focus on that population.

      Good teammates who are there to support you.

      Cons

      Everything except team mates. No Growth. very bad structure of product and company. No Increment. Racist culture. But the killer part is the CEO. Nobody will count your efforts.
