Pros

All the basic benefits such as food, sweets, healthcare, and flex time. Everyone that works in the company is very warm and welcoming. People work hard but they're also not scared to have fun which makes going to work a pleasure. Of all the jobs I've had, none have expanded my knowledge like GetResponse. While there aren't any real career opportunities within the company, the knowledge and experience gained here is amazing. Learning about technology, marketing, SaaS, and Enterprise Industry is all par for the course and allows you to spend your day having interesting and engaging conversations. A huge bonus is all the travel! GetResponse can really allow you to see the world if you're in the right role. If you want a job that teaches you a lot and lets you travel the globe then this is the spot for you :) If you work hard they will generally appreciate your efforts and treat you very well.

Cons

Management aren't too receptive to feedback. You also have very few leaders for a decent number of employees, meaning time and space for personal development of employees is minimal. Employees are thus under-developed, under-utilized, and some are almost totally ignored. The product is not developed very quickly: new features are decided by those who are out of touch with customers so might not really fit where the industry is leaning. Lack of development in the product makes it less competitive in a very crowded space. Company also makes very quick decisions on hiring and firing, resulting in sudden layoffs because initial decisions were on a whim. Those in decision making capacity are very much 'D' type personalities and all about the bottom line (dollars and cents)

Pros

Interactions with customers can be frustrating, as many contact support only to vent or complain. However, management has escalation methods and proper training to make things easier. Good team to work for at this office while it was opened. Close collaboration with headquarters.

Cons

Somewhat low pay and occasionally shortsighted decisions around policy by management
