      Great for a few months; zero long-term vision

      Pros

      A young environment that has normally has an urgency to do well. Great projects to be part which enables you to help even more people get into Apprenticeships.

      Cons

      When you see "competitive salary" please understand this is minimum wage. You work over 42 hours a week and sometimes you're lucky to get a thank you from manger/directors. Some staff are hostile and are incredibly hard to work with. If you enjoy a laugh but want stability this is not the place for you.

      The company ethos and mission makes it easy to feel you make a difference to young peoples lives on a daily basis. All suggestions or ideas are welcomed and listened to. A great team to be part of.

      Cons

      It is easy to find yourself working slightly longer hours or a couple of hours at a weekend to help the companies achieve deadlines or results.
