      constant reorganization always trying to reinvent the wheel multi hats being worn simultaneously with little meaningful compensation leadership prefers personal loyalty over actual work ethic and integrity different departments not viewed as equals little mechanism for upward growth, certification for some roles frequently rehiring people who quit with higher and higher salaries
