There is a lot of Favouritism, Groupism, and politics in the company. And this can be seen right from the CXOs level. But the sad part is the HR department is the worst of it all. A lot of regional bias is also shown to people who are not from Maharashtra or Pune mainly specially if you’re not the type to shake your head like a donkey and follow every word that comes out of you managers mouth. People who question authority for the right reasons are treated badly and even deprived of increment, credit and bonus. Has to be the Worst place to work ever.

100 reasons not to join this company . Very bad atmosphere . Senior management is clueless .Have zero knowledge of real estate and appear to be very arrogant and rude . Abusive language is used while addressing the employees during meetings. till d time you are useful to them they will pay you . People who are good wid buttering can only stick into this company . No one stays in the organization more then one year. Upper management has zero market knowledge.
