      Small Company Doing Great Things.

      Pros

      Excellent company. Pilots and support team work together like a well oiled machine, professionals ready to pick up the slack when urgent matters stepped up the pace. Pay was above average, bonuses even better.

      Cons

      Aircraft maintained very well but aging. Long periods away from home at a time, and like most pilot jobs, a lot of time being bored on the ground for weather and maintenance.
