      Pros

      People use to matter and they had flexible work hours and policies.

      Cons

      After the Seequent purchase people no longer matter and flexibility went out the door.

      Pros

      - This company has the nicest colleges I've ever worked with - HR is very helpful and friendly - On-boarding experience is amazing - Relatively relaxed working environment - Working from home policy

      Cons

      - Company is almost 30 years old, and mindset is a bit behind the current tech trend - Senior management not willing to commit to innovation initiatives, company was sticking to a somewhat dated app and hard to adopt any new technologies - PMs or people managers got promoted way faster than engineers. Some managers have no idea how to manage engineers. And they're not technical at all. - Bunch of layoffs since oil/the whole sector is not doing well. Guess this one doesn't count.

      Right now with new foriegner owners nothing they turned it to become very toxic one

      Cons

      New owners didnt fulfill their promises New owners didnt respect their people. they fired 20 persons without letting any manager knows or giving any justified reason so basically teams have been butchered New owners promised that every one''s job is safe and after the employees signed new contracts with new terms then boom fired 20+ persons most are from senior management level people who spent 10+ up to 25 years in service
