Not the worst but also not the best depending on your department
RecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Stable company that has lots of perks (sporting events, free food, social events). Pay is good and in accordance with market.
Cons
Depending on the department you are in you either have plenty of time to spare or are worked to the bone. I was in the latter group. Work-life balance was non-existent despite promises made by exec mgmt. There’s high turnover as a result. When I started to burn out and made more of an effort to leave the office at a reasonable hour, I was accused of not working hard enough. Cant trust most members of the exec mgmt team since they only care about themselves and will only stand up for you if it helps serve their own purposes.
